View of area of state park land burned over by fire in Sept. 1924 (compare with opposite hillside shown in 3532). This fire burned fiercely in the brush but did not kill all of the Pines or Oaks. It opened the area to grazing by sheep so well and feed was so good in spring of 1925 that Mr. Ellenwood said it was worth at least 10-15 cents per acre. 1925
