Text written on photo: "Golden Gate Ave. [on side of building]"Text written under photo: "After a shooting on Market St. during street car strike. Crowd in front of Centeral [sic] Emergency Hospital in Jefferson Square Golden Gate Ave." A crowd, mostly men and several women, is gathered outside of the building on which a sign is hung (left) reading "Detention Hospital".
