To the left, a crowd of people are visible standing on the side of the road watching the parade. Three-story buildings with flat roofs are visible behind the crowd, and utility poles line the street. People can be seen looking out of windows on the buildings, and signs are visible on the buildings reading, "John B. Starkey. Cigars" and "Furnished Rooms".
