Description
Photograph of Brannan near 9th Street, moved over 8 feet 3/2 inches by the earthquake, San Francisco, 1906. The cobblestone street lies at center two sets of tracks on the left and right sides. An electrical pole on the left is leaning to the left where a graffiti-stained fence stands behind the sidewalk. The sidewalk has surged up on the right and the buildings which stand along it each appear to lean off their foundations. More of the damaged town can be seen at the end of the road in the background.
