Image shows view of the Mr. & Mrs. William M. Sutherland residence (foreground), located on Via Horquilla on lot 11 (parcel A) block 1830, tract 7540. View looking west shows south and east sides of the Sutherland home under construction, which is a two-story, fourteen-room stucco house with tile roof, two chimneys and attached two-car garage. The woodframe structure is partially covered in tar paper, with stacks of tiles on the roof. Several workmen are visible, with piles of lumber in foreground. The house was later owned by Mr. W.W.
