Photograph of an aerial view of flooding near the Devil Gate Dam, ca.1930. The trees which line the large river and what appears to be farmland at center drown in the excess water. The smaller streams in the background do not appear to harm the large city on the left or the roads which wind through the rolling hills on the right.
