University Archives Photograph Collection
This collection, created by Special Collections and University Archives staff, consists of photographs from various campus departments and offices, as well as from university alumni, which document San Diego State University history. The collection includes photographs, negatives, and slides. It is broken into six series: Pre-1931 Photographs, Post-1931 Photographs, Glass Plate Negatives and Lantern Slides, Faculty Photographs and Negatives, Slide Binders, and Negatives and Contact Sheet Binders.

Pepperdine University Archives Photograph Collection
The University Archives Photograph Collection presents high-resolution digital renditions of the thousands of photographic prints, slides, and negatives that compose the Pepperdine University archival image collection. These images capture the history of Pepperdine University from its founding in 1937 as George Pepperdine College to the present (bulk dates 1940-1990). The photographs include publicity photos, candids, student work, and official university images, and cover a wide range of subjects from student life to global politics.

University Art Gallery Closure Events, 2016
In 2016, the University Administration at UC San Diego threatened to close the University Art Gallery (UAG). During the months of May and June there were 20-30 events advocating to keep the UAG open. This image collection documents these events (including performances) organized by Collective Magpie with Friends Collective. Due in part to these actions, the University Art Gallery at UC San Diego remains open.

University Communications audio and video recordings (University of California, Irvine)
The selected digitized materials comprise audio and video cassettes collected by the University of California, Irvine, Office of University Communications that document university events that received local and national attention, including the opening of the Reeve-Irvine Research Center, campus awards, significant faculty accomplishments, and the UC Irvine Medical Center fertility study. Additionally, the collection documents staff training, event footage, and press conferences.

University Libraries records
