Photograph caption dated October 30, 1963 partially reads, "Young patients such as David, Denise and Patty are being helped through a charity preview of Lake Encino model homes for the benefit of the Sunair Home for Asthmatic Children, Tujunga. Exquisitely furnished models, which have created unusual interest among architects and decorators, will be open to the public daily from 1 to 5 p.m. The Lake Encino development, located south of Ventura Blvd., is easily reached via the White Oak Ave. turnoff from the Ventura Freeway."
