Description: Myrna Rae Hansen of Illinois becomes Miss USA of 1954. Standing to her right with his arm around her is Bob Russell, pageant emcee. Miss Hansen wears her pageant swimsuit and holds a scepter. Mr. Russell is wearing a tux with tails. In his right hand he is holding the Miss USA crown.
