Description
This night image shows the Long Beach firefighters putting out a fire at a Belmont building. The firefighter uses a hook and ladder on the fire truck, aiming water at the burning blaze. Streams of water from the new snorkel fire truck and from hose lines on the ground pour into the flaming Belmont furniture store at Sixth Street and Alamitos Avenue, owned by John Silverman.
