Description
Radiola V Model AR885-A, comprised of the regenerative receiver model AR1300 and the detector amplifier model AA1400-A. Manufactured by General Electric for RCA between March 1923 and March 1924. The two units are metal-cased with woodgrain finish, mounted on a single wooden base. The top wooden lid is missing. Original price was $142.50 plus $2.50 for the wooden base and lid. The gelena crystal detector is also missing. de Forest Audion tubes are included in the assembly.
