Description
Photo caption published by the Sacramento Bee on January 21, 1969: "The B and B boat harbor on the Sacramento River above the confluence with the American River is flooded above its first floor. Ed Bell, in boat, and John Gratfunick, who went down to check on the craft tied up at the harbor, found they needed a boat themselves. The harbor is on the Sacramento County side of the river."
