Description

Interstate 10, or the I-10 as locals refer to it, is the major east-west interstate highway in the Southern U.S. It runs east from Santa Monica through Los Angeles and San Bernardino, and to the border with Arizona. In Los Angeles, this interstate is also known as the Santa Monica freeway as well as San Bernardino freeway. Interstate 5, also known as the I-5, is the main Interstate Highway on the West Coast of the U.S., paralleling the Pacific Ocean; it is the only Interstate Highway to touch both the Canadian and Mexican borders. Formed in 1975, Interstate 5 measures 1381.29 miles in length.
