Photograph caption dated June 22, 1955 reads "Construction men working to extend portion of Glenoaks boulevard through Jessup Park area, Pacoima, to tie into Osborne street, clear away boulders and dirt that cascaded onto right of way from hill in background. Paving of Glenoaks boulevard from Pierce street to San Fernando City limits has been completed. New landslide has delayed project through park."
