Photograph article dated January 22, 1965 reads, "George Sierega received the 'Salesman of the Year' award from Sebastiano 'Seb' Sterpa, president of Sterpa Realty, Inc., at their annual award banquet held this year at the Castaways restaurant in Burbank. Sierega who is with Sterpa Realty's office at Glenoaks Boulevard and Verdugo Avenue in Burbank, led all salesmen with a total sales volume of well over $1,000,000 in 1964."
