Barbara Ann Rutzke (3-year-old twins) 1st place winners.
Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1957-08-18. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Venice Surfestival (twin contest). 55/56/57/79/80: Girls with hats on are Patricia Ann Rutzke and Barbara Ann Rutzke, 3-yr.-old twin daughters of Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Rutzke of 17204 Amie st., Torrance, who were chosen first place winners in the girl twins division of the twin contest. Barbara is crying in all pix and Patricia is hiding her face in her mother's dress, or about to hide, in two shots".
