Description
Photograph of Vernal Falls in Yosemite National Park, ca.1920. To the right of center, the river that feeds the waterfall is visible at the top of the image as it falls over the ledge. The water streams down to a violent pool at the bottom of the image where it creates a rage of mist. The side of the cliff behind the waterfall is visible as are the surrounding walls. A dense cluster of bushes and trees appear at the top of the image.
