Photograph caption dated January 12, 1957 reads, "Little Judy Irving, 11, has her pet donkey Dilly Daffodil back under control today after a hectic three-mile chase through heart of Sepuveda. It all started when Dilly opened gate at 8075 Langdon Ave. and struck out cross country to play. Animal shelter personnel cornered donkey at Orion and Plummer street."
