Description
This 1950s photograph shows the front of two buildings, both of which house several businesses. The Washington Hotel is the location of the Mona Lisa Tavern at 1013 Third Street and the Wo Kee Liquor Store owned by Louie Wing at 1015 Third Street. In the adjacent building are Ace Rooms at 1007 Third Street, the Mee Hing Barber Shop at 1009 Third Street, and Gee How Oak Tin Association, a Chinese benevolent society, at 1009 Third Street.
