Image of an advertisement for the Lippincott's magazine August 1894 issue; a woman and a man ride a tandem bicycle together; the woman holds a copy of Lippincott's in one hand.
Item originally owned by illustrator Curtis Wager-Smith (1870-1950). Date supplied by cataloger based on coy held by the Metropolitan Museum, New York. "Wm. J. Glackens"--text, bottom left of image. "Contains a complete novel Sweetheart Manette by Maurice Thompson"--text, bottom center of image.
