Photograph caption dated September 27, 1957 reads "A colorful aquatic show and water ballet from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday is in store for visitors at Hayvenhurst Park Estates, new residential community displaying model homes and swimming pool on Chatsworth street, just east of Hayvenhurst avenue, in San Fernando Valley. Heading the show will be members of Las Pecicitos Club, above, and noted swimming instructor Rita Curtis, daughter of a onetime Annette Kellerman aquatic star."
