Description: This 1962 promotional booklet features the master plan for El Dorado Hills as developed by architect Victor Gruen in the late 1950s. This booklet was produced by realty corporation Lindsey & Company, located at 913 Eighth Street, Sacramento, California. It features a description of the land, history, and region as well as a detailed description of the master plan. Numerous illustrations and maps are included.
