Photograph caption dated April 20, 1959 reads, "During a series of exhaustive UN-scientific tests in LP's Hi-Fi Room, Roberts Stereo Tape Recorder is shown hooked up for direct connection to two speaker systems. With this two-unit portable machine, home recording of two-channel tape is simple and practical."
