He is wearing a dark jacket, dark vest, dark bowtie, and light shirt. He has a pin on his lapel at right. He has short dark hair parted at right and a thick mustache. He was born in Pennsylvania on September 20, 1862, and arrived in California in 1887. He lived in Los Angeles.
