All are wearing suits and hats and are looking to the left. A large waterfall can be seen behind the men at center, while the concrete wall of the dam can be seen in the background at left. A man is standing on top of the dam. A sign on the dam reads: "Palmdale & Little Rock Irrigation Project Built 1923-4 175 ft High 750 long".
