At 'Fete des Artistes' of Hilltoppers of the Assistance League, the gardens surrounding the Robert Dwyer home in Toluca Lake were transformed into a Parisian art colony. Would-be artists were furnished with easels, paints and brushes to see if they could become another Manet. Here, Mrs. Wilmer Buckland forms an idea as Arthur Schaefer studies the masterpiece.
