Description: Photograph caption dated December 11, 1961 reads "Dennis Jones hugs football after catching pass from quarterback Dudley Schusterick to send Birmingham ahead 20-7 in the third quarter and then onto a 27-7 win over San Pedro and into the city football finals Saturday against Manual Arts. Eddie Miller is San Pedro's No. 30 who was outmaneuvered by Jones on this well executed pass pattern. Jones also returned an interception 30 yards for a Birmingham score at East East [sic] Los Angeles College Stadium, the scene of the finals this weekend."
