A staircase leads to upper floor to the left; stenciling can be seen on the upper left of the coffered ceiling with a portion of a word beginning with "medic". Also observed are Oriental carpets on the floor and a grand piano in the background. Instruments include a trombone, tuba, trumpet, cello, violin, banjo, drum, and saxophones.
