Photograph caption dated June 12, 1962 reads "Mrs. Charles Long, left, has been named outstanding Citizen of North Hollywood by North Hollywood Community Coordinating Council for her work with youth, including Youth Employment Service. She was president of Walter Reed Junior High School PTA in 1958-59. Presenting award was Mrs. Marvin Sirbu, 1950 Outstanding Citizen. Mrs. Long was honored at council dinner, at which officers were installed."
