This Anglican Church, the Ambohimanoro Cathedral, was built by a Norwegian engineer Alfred Anker in the years 1882-1889. Notice that the road divides the church and the "Etat Major" building. The area around the church is a beautiful park and the Norwegian Mission's hospital is to the right.
