At center, the steep rocky cliffs of Palisades Park run parallel to the road. There are bushes at the base of the cliffs and a line of palm trees is a the top, in front of a twisted wooden fence. To the right of the highway is a line of buildings and beach houses. In the foreground at right is a large sandy section of beach. A pier is visible in the distance at right.
