Description
Photograph of bombers on an aircraft assembly line in Los Angeles, ca.1950. The tail sections of six large aircraft can be seen lined up from the foreground at left to the background at right. The fuselages are made of shiny metal, and two large guns protrude from a turret near the back of each plane. Ladders can be seen leading up to the fuselage of each aircraft. The metal rafters that support the roof of the building can be seen overhead.
