Description
Views of the administration building, school, apartment buildings, and semi-detached housing in housing project. Views of children and teacher in classroom.
Victory Park was 80-acre federal housing project that opened in 1942 to serve primarily as war veterans housing. Architect Theodore Criley is addressee of Parker invoice for duplicate prints dated Oct. 29, 1946.
