Description
Agreement terms beginning July 1, 1942, ending June 30, 1945 on ten acres of land on the Rancho San Pedro tract with a yearly rent of $200. Signatures are stricken and lines are drawn across the lease. Lee Lip Ock's Department of the Interior number is written in next to his name on the document.
