Description
This view, taken from the level of the bridge itself, shows the approach road leading to the arched apex of the bridge. Exposed rebar is visible at far right in the foreground. The bridge's central support arch visible in the distance is beginning to take form. Below the bridge, the construction site can be seen, showing piles of lumber and parked equipment.
