Photograph caption dated January 27, 1962 reads "Bruce Megginson, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy C. Megginson, 18253 Superior St., Northridge, went climbing Friday into the hills at the end of Reseda Boulevard, Northridge. He slipped. Bruce was found at 11200 Reseda boulevard about 4:30 p.m. and was taken to Northridge Receiving Hospital and treated for minor injuries. Said Bruce: 'It was the first time I went so far up into the hills. And it's also the last.'"
