Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Photographer's caption reads, "Saul arrived as an illegal immigrant from Guatemala in 1991. Now, he's not only legal but has three kids, a contractors license, and sixteen employees. His main client is a pair of Century 21 agents - a married couple - who buy and flip ten houses a year. The house behind him has been hastily remodeled, he said, and is about ready to go back on the market. The Century 21 agents now live in Beverly Hills. "If you can't make money in L.A.," said Saul, "you can't make it anywhere.""
