Description
Pictured here is a large concrete warehouse. A sign mounted along the upper edge of the building reads, "Wholesale Grocers; Smart and Final Co.; Coffee Roasters; Est. 1912." A tall, painted water tower behind the building reads, "Orange Blossom Coffee is Delicious." Pacific Electric and Union Pacific Railway cars are parked on tracks in front of the warehouse. One car reads, "America"s Greatest Advertised Brand; Puritan Malt Flavored With Bohemian Hops Outsells Them All;" and "Union Refrigerator Transit Co., 40826." Two men stand next to a Smart and Final delivery truck parked in front of the rail cars at right. Undeveloped land fills the foreground. DATE NOTES: Noted on image back. ORIG.
