Description
Courtyard of the Monastery, Mount Wilson Observatory. The Monastery served as a dormitory for visiting scientists. A dog stands in the court yard, in front of a glass-paned door. A portion of the building's roof is visible, with a portion of a stone chimney above it. On the left-hand side, plants line the courtyard along an exterior wall. On the right-hand side, some windows are visible. A couple of treetops are visible above the Monastery roof.
