Description
Exterior view of Geo. Rice & Sons Printers, at 311 New High St. Mr. Rice and his employees, many in printer's aprons, pose in front of the shop. They are, from left to right, Svenson, Irwin Hays Rice, George Rice, Sr., Jack Stowell, unknown, George Rice, Jr., Eddie Peck, William Wolfer, Howard LaGrange, Charles Lukens. The print shop has an imposing facade with moldings around tall doors and windows. A notary sign hangs over the staircase at the right. The scarlet hare logo is on the printing sign.
