Text written under photo: "St. Francis Church Columbus Ave. & Vallejo St 1906." View looking northeast across intersection shows the burned out-walls of the St. Francis Church, its front entrance facing Vallejo Street. A group of children with a few adults can be seen in front of an adjoining temporary chapel. A horse-drawn cart is visible at extreme right.
