Photograph caption dated August 25, 1959 reads, "Craft Winners Selected at School. Winners of recent craft fair at Porter Junior High School chat happily after competition. Posing with items they made are, from left, Henry Schwoeble, 12, first place in plastics with letter opener; Peggy Osborne, 12, first place in yarn with octopus; Maurice Mittelman, 13, second place in plastics with zipper pull, and Mary Osborne, 10, second place in pom poms. Lynn Swanson and Annette McAvoy served as judges for event."
