Description
Part of the Geraldine McGowan Ward Collection. Notes on back: 'The knickers attire of this group suggests it could be the beginning of the great overnight camp out at Uvas Dam. It was taken from McGowan’s Garage which was on the corner next to Franco Hotel towards Phillips Dry Goods Store and Gambetta’s Hardware. I see: Lois Phillips between the cars, her father Cato at left in dark sweater, my mother Bertha McGowan in the center (the shortest one).'
