Description: Looking north on tree-lined Westmoreland Avenue from 10th Street. Palm trees in close proximity to each other stretch as far as the eye can see. Other than a little cluster of debris on the street and the palm trees, nothing else is visible. There are no parked cars, and at the angle this photograph was taken, no houses are visible either. Photo dated: October 24, 1929.
