Description
New-in-box tube, manufactured for the U.S. Army and Navy. Serial No. 61296. Box is date-stamped June 16, 1945. Tube socket is labeled JAN-CKH-4E27. According to a 1946 datasheet, this is a 75-watt, radiation-cooled pentode with very high frequency performance. For use as an amplifier and transmitter. Datasheet attached to record.
