Description: This is the United Electric, Gas and Power Company office and sub-station, located on the corner of Pine Avenue and 2nd Street. It's a two story brick building, topped by a balcony, and surrounded with three power poles. Written on the top side wall of the building is S. Townsend loans real estate renting and fire insurance collections. On the bottom floor is the United Electric Gas & Power Co. with gas appliances, gas & electric fixtures, and gas stoves & heaters.
