Description
Firemen play streams of water on one of two trucks overturned during the wild hour-long riot by 500 pickets at Meyer & Welch engine rebuilding plant in Vernon. Besides these two trucks, seven other cars were overturned. Several people, including two newspaper photographers, were injured. Photo dated: September 21, 1951.
