Two negatives in envelope labeled, "Adm. Stanley May 23-35. Highest-adm in Navy. Commander Clay / Adm. Campbell / Jack Silvey." Admiral Standley, the highest ranking policy-forming officer of the United State Navy, inspected Moffett Field on May 21st along with Admiral A. T. Clay.
