Description
A postcard, "View from Hubbard St., Los Angeles, Cal. Nov 9, 1913", 1913 November 09. The image is taken from what appears to be an intersection of two dirt streets (one being Hubbard) and looks toward a residential area in a gently hilly area of East Los Angeles. Single and perhaps some two-story wood frame homes, yards and outbuildings and some landscaping are in view. In the distance are some low hills and then taller mountains, perhaps the San Gabriels. The caption is in ink at the bottom. The image was printed onto postcard paper, but the card is unused. With soiling, a few creases, and some edge rubbing, the condition is overall good.
