Description: Close-up of the head and upper torso, with hands crossed over the chest, of the standing Buddha figure on a lotus pedestal and cut out of the living gneiss rock. A shallow ushnisha is on top of the head of finely chiseled curls. The eyes are half-closed in a meditative mood. The statue is 6.92 meters in height.
